1. About Us & Agreement
   By accessing or purchasing from RGA Express (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts & Acceptable Use
   You’re responsible for keeping your account details (including passwords) confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not misuse the site (e.g., fraud, scraping, interfering with security). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Orders, Availability & Contract Formation
   Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm receipt by email; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or an error occurs, we may cancel and refund you in full.

4. Prices, Payment & Promotions
   Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept [list payment methods: Visa/Mastercard/PayPal/etc.]. Promotions/coupons are subject to terms and may be withdrawn at any time. If a pricing error is obvious, we may cancel and refund before dispatch.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
   We deliver within the UK. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address (or collection by you/your agent). Please check parcels on arrival and report issues promptly.

6. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods
   Change-of-mind returns: 30-day window for unused items in original packaging (exclusions may apply: personal care items, perishable/clearance, custom orders—list yours). Faulty/not-as-described goods: you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; contact us for repair, replacement, or refund. 7. Liability, IP, Governing Law & Changes

• Liability: We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product, except for death/personal injury caused by our negligence or where law prohibits limitation.

• Intellectual Property: All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
